On the night of September 27, the Russians shelled Kherson and the region – at least one person was killed and another was wounded. The head of Kherson OVA, Alexander Prokudin, announced this around midnight.
According to him, a 41-year-old man died at the threshold of his own home. Another 27-year-old man was treated at the scene and will continue to be treated as an outpatient.
The Russians also dropped seven aerial bombs in the Nikolaevka area of Berislavsky district. Prokudin said that information about victims and injuries is being clarified.
Before this, Prokudin reported that the city was under massive shelling from the Russians. Enemy aircraft were spotted in the airspace of the region.
Zelensky also reportedly responded to the shelling of Kherson. He noted that the Russians were stoning Kherson and other settlements in the region with particular brutality. Such actions by the aggressor nation constitute deliberate terrorism.
