This is profanation, which is based on the slander of scammers, says Emelyanov.
The lawyer called the searches of the State Bureau of Investigation “a formality based on accusations that have no real basis.”
The new “seasoning” of absurd accusations against me (in criminal proceedings, where I was recognized as a victim (!!!) in 2018) will not add flavor to the long-rotten “political dish” against me. I note that my patriotic position as a Ukrainian is evidenced by hundreds of times of volunteer trips to the east of Ukraine with hundreds of tons of humanitarian and defense cargo, Emelyanov reported on his Facebook pages.
For a long time, the volunteer lawyer and his partners have been transporting drones, cars, ammunition, Starlinks, artificial blood, and medical supplies to the front.
He considers the attempts of some so-called “activists” to create obstacles in order to then propose to “solve” them, so to speak, as a distraction.
There is no time or desire to personally respond to this. I’m preparing for a new humanitarian mission to the front.
Emelyanov announced that he was ready to go through the entire legal process with the support of his lawyers.
And once again I will convincingly prove my civic and professional integrity,” Emelyanov wrote.
