The Ukrainian military continues to advance in the area of Robotino in the Zaporozhye region; Russian troops have increased losses of military equipment in recent days. Alexander Shtupun, a representative of the joint press center of the Tauride defense forces, announced this on Saturday, September 23, in a telethon.
“We are continuing the offensive operation in the Robotinoye area. Let’s just say that we are not moving quickly there, but there is certain movement forward. It’s a bit difficult, because the enemy’s defense is strong. That’s why, we go from forest. plantation to forest plantation, sometimes 50-100 meters a day, sometimes – 300-400 meters,” he said.
At the same time, Shtupun said, the enemy does not surrender, although he suffers heavy losses, especially in equipment.
“In the last week, if we count from last Monday, there were equipment losses – 20-30 units. And until the end of this week, in the last two days, we recorded more than 50 units of equipment lost by the enemy ,” said Shtupun.
We remind you that, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russia lost 275,460 military personnel killed during the war in Ukraine. In the past 24 hours alone, Ukrainian defenders have destroyed 510 invaders.
