On Saturday, September 23, the Russians shelled the borders of the Sumy region 21 times, killing a local resident. It was reported to the Sumy Regional Police Department.

“During the day, the Russians carried out 21 attacks on territorial borders and settlements in the Sumy region. 101 explosions were recorded,” the report said.

The settlements of Krasnopolskaya, Khotynskaya, Belopolskaya, Yunakovskaya, Nikolaevskaya, Velikopisarevskaya, Seredino-Budskaya, Esmanskaya, and Shalyginskaya.

It was mentioned that in the settlement of Yunakovskaya, a local resident was killed as a result of one of the shellings.

Also on Saturday, Russian troops shelled Kherson, killing one person and wounding another.
