If the Administration of US President Joe Biden decides to provide long-range ATACMS missiles, the Ukrainian Armed Forces may receive missiles with cluster bombs rather than with a unitary warhead.

The Washington Post writes about this, citing sources.
Discussions on the transfer of long-range missiles to Ukraine have “moved to a new level” and a decision on this matter is “close.” The publication indicates that the White House and the Pentagon are considering the option of providing ATACMS equipped with cluster bombs. The range of such missiles, depending on the modification, can reach 306 km.
With the help of ATACMS, the Ukrainian Armed Forces will be able to strike command posts, ammunition depots and logistics routes far behind Russian front lines and entrenched defense structures.
However, the US Department of Defense is still concerned that the removal of a significant number of missiles (we are talking about hundreds of units at Kiev’s request) from relatively small military arsenals would undermine the US military’s readiness for other possible conflicts.
WP notes that there are more ATACMS missiles with cluster weapons in the Pentagon warehouses than those equipped with one “unitary” warhead.
