This was reported by Anastasia Radina, MP from the Servant of the People faction, chairman of the Council Committee on Anti-Corruption Policy.
The NAPC has two months to close access to declarations of special categories of subjects – military, prisoners, located in temporarily occupied territories or working in the territory of hostilities. The rest of the declarations, including those of deputies and top officials, will be open. The state is fully restoring the mechanism for monitoring the condition of officials,” the Chairman of the Committee on Anti-Corruption Policy quotes the TG channel of the Verkhovna Rada.
The NAPC has two months to close access to declarations of special categories of subjects, and open the remaining declarations, in particular, deputies and top officials, to the extent that they were open before the full-scale war.
Next we will see the entire array of declarations that are in the register, for all years and all persons required to file declarations, except for special categories. Everyone is required to submit declarations by January 31, 2024 for previous years and by March 31, 2024 for this year,” Radina explained.
Let us recall that on September 20, the Verkhovna Rada resumed e-declaration with the immediate opening of public access to declarations.
Parliament adopted the Law on determining the procedure for submitting declarations of persons authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government under martial law (No. 9534), taking into account the proposals of the President of Ukraine.
The changes require the opening of declarations immediately.
Subjects of the declaration performing tasks in the interests of national security or located in territories affected by the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine submit a declaration within 90 days from the date of the events specified by the Law.
Those who did not file a declaration in 2022-2023 must do so within 90 days from the date of entry into force of this Law.
People’s deputies added points of responsibility for failure to submit a declaration or incorrect fulfillment of requirements. In particular, such a person will be subject to dismissal from his position within three working days from the date of discovery of the violation.
