On September 20, Vladimir Zelensky, in a speech at a meeting of the UN Security Council, gave “an example of specific actions that must be implemented in order for the security architecture to be strong.”

The first is the complete withdrawal of all Russian troops and military formations, including the Russian Black Sea Fleet or those leaky troughs that will remain from it during the war, as well as the withdrawal of all Russian mercenaries and quasi-military formations from the entire sovereign territory of Ukraine within our internationally recognized borders 1991 of the year.
The second step, according to Zelensky, is the complete return to Ukraine of effective control over our entire state border and exclusive economic zone in the Black and Azov Seas, as well as in the Kerch Strait. Only the implementation of these two points will result in an honest, reliable and complete cessation of hostilities.
When I prepared the Ukrainian Peace Formula, I took force for its points from the principles of the UN Charter and the resolutions adopted by the General Assembly. Nations that join in working with the Formula realize that they are working for the sake of an international order based on rules, the protection of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of states, the protection of human rights, the prevention of aggression and genocidal policies,” the Ukrainian president told members of the Security Council.
He also proposed reforms for the UN, because “everyone in the world sees what makes the UN ineffective.”
In this Security Council seat, which Russia occupies illegally due to behind-the-scenes manipulations after the collapse of the Soviet Union, sit liars whose job is to justify the aggression and genocide that Russia is committing, Zelensky said.
He also believes that Ukrainian soldiers are now doing with their blood what the UN Security Council should do with their votes: stopping aggression and defending the principles of the UN Charter.
