This was reported by the press service of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
They recalled that last year volunteers handed over the ICEYE spacecraft to Ukrainian intelligence officers.
“Over this year, the “people’s satellite” has brought many benefits in our fight for freedom – its capabilities allow us to receive daily intelligence data critical for combat operations and burn tons of enemy lethal equipment, the message says.
The ICEYE satellite played an important role in the attack on Sevastopol Bay on September 13, when the Russian landing ship Minsk and the submarine Rostov-on-Don were destroyed.
In addition, the Main Intelligence Directorate published photographs of the Dyagilevo airfield in the Ryazan region and the positions of Russian air defense in the Belgorod region, on which Ukrainian defenders also “worked.”
