NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg insists on increasing assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He is convinced that this is the key to a just and lasting peace, since Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine is a military conflict of attrition, and the counter-offensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has proven that the “deadlock situation” has not yet been reached.

The Secretary General of the North Atlantic Alliance stated this during a conversation with journalists in New York, writes SkyNews.
In his opinion, Kyiv urgently needs additional supplies of air defense equipment, including ammunition, spare parts and maintenance of systems already available in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
We see that air defense saves lives in Ukraine every day,” Stoltenberg noted.
The NATO Secretary General also listed the recent successes of the Ukrainian military in the counteroffensive as proof that the war has not reached a “dead end” and called on the West to continue to provide military, humanitarian and financial assistance to Ukraine.
If we want to end the war, if we want a just and lasting peace, then military support for Ukraine is the right way. We are ready for a long journey,” said the Secretary General of the military-political bloc.
