It has been revealed that the future American television series will tell the story of 12-year-old demigod Percy Jackson, who begins to master his abilities, and is suddenly accused by Zeus of stealing his lightning. Therefore, the man teams up with his friends Grover and Annabeth and begins to travel across America to find the missing lightning and restore order to Olympus.
The main character will be played by Walker Scobell, the role of the demigoddess, daughter of Athena, will be played by Leah Savi Jeffries, and Percy’s best friend will be played by Ariane Simhadri.
Percy Jackson and the Olympians is scheduled to premiere on December 20th. Two episodes will be aired on the first day. A total of eight are expected.
