The last video with Kadyrov, in which the time of filming can be determined, appeared on his accounts more than two weeks ago, according to the Agency’s analysis.
In a video published Tuesday afternoon, Kadyrov is seen walking along a paved road in the rain, wearing a raincoat. One of the two published videos shows a building similar to Kadyrov’s residence in Grozny.
According to weather services, on Friday, September 15, in Grozny it was 16 degrees and raining.
The post under the video says:

However, in the video itself, Kadyrov speaks a more abstract text, he says that he is listening to the Koran and has walked a couple of kilometers.
Rumors about a sharp deterioration in Kadyrov’s health began to spread on Thursday evening: one such message appeared on the opposition Chechen telegram channel NIYSO, which on the night of September 15 reported that Kadyrov had fallen into a coma.
The next day, the Chechen diaspora began to declare that Kadyrov had been in a coma for several days. According to the publication, the head of Chechnya was taken by plane to Moscow, but they could not help him. Now they are planning to send him abroad for treatment, probably to the UAE.
A representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine, Andrei Yusov, confirmed to the publication information about Kadyrov’s serious condition.
A few hours after Yusov’s statement, a 10-second video appeared on the social networks of Kadyrov and his assistant Umar Daudov, showing Kadyrov from behind. It is impossible to understand when this video was recorded.
Until Sunday, the last videos on Kadyrov’s social networks, on his official website and on the website of the Grozny channel, which can be used to confirm the time of filming, were dated September 1.
After September 1, Ramzan Kadyrov did not appear in videos or photos related to current events. In his channels, such events were commented only through text messages.
In the only video related to a current event – the autumn elections, Kadyrov was not present.
On September 8, a video of a walk with his family and his jogging was published on social networks, on September 9 – a recording with his grandson Yusuf, on September 10 – a video from a meeting with his mother, on September 12 – a video of the head of the Chechen government Magomed Daudov. Kadyrov does not say a word in any of the videos. It is impossible to identify the time the videos were recorded.
