The International Committee of the Red Cross confirmed the status of the captive mayor of Kherson Igor Kolykhaev, reports Suspilne in connection with Kolykhaev’s son.
The mayor’s capture was officially confirmed on September 13.
“I contacted the Red Cross and they told me that the Russian side put my father Igor Kolykhaev on the list of prisoners and he is on the territory of the Russian Federation.
