In particular, they are stealing money allocated by the Kremlin, intended for supplies and work in the occupied territories. This was reported today, September 14, on the website of the Center for National Resistance.
In Russia there are a large number of enterprises that receive contracts to carry out work and supply goods for TOT. However, most of these companies exist only on paper and belong to relatives of officials from those regions who have patronage over TOT settlements, the Central Tax Service notes.
It is noted that often such goods (construction materials) are produced at captured enterprises in occupied territories, but according to documents they are considered supposedly produced in Russia – transportation, high salaries, etc. are included in the cost of goods.
Due to the massive scale of such cases, investigators from Russia arrived at the TOT, which indicates a struggle over the management of financial flows in the Kremlin, the CNS notes.
