American politicians are talking both with their colleagues in Ukraine and within the US government about the possibility of transferring long-range missiles to Kyiv.

The US State Department has admitted that negotiations are underway regarding the transfer of long-range ATACMS missiles to Ukraine. European Pravda reported this on Monday, September 11, citing the statement of US State Department spokesman Matthew Miller.

He noted that there has been no change on this issue, although the United States continues to review it.

“We continue to have these discussions with our Ukrainian counterparts, as well as within the US government, but we don’t have a position that we can express yet,” Miller said.

We remind you that President Vladimir Zelensky said that he hopes to convince his American counterpart Joe Biden to approve as soon as possible the decision to transfer long-term ATACMS systems to the Ukrainian military.
