The process of providing Ukraine with long-range Taurus missiles is moving forward, Foreign Minister Kuleba said at a joint press conference with German Foreign Minister Berbock in Kyiv.
According to him, they discussed this issue in detail and Ukraine is ready to do everything necessary to speed up the process. At the same time, Burbock did not comment on the provision of missiles to Ukraine.
At a joint press conference, Kuleba said that they also talked about missile supplies.
“We are pleased that the issue is open and moving forward in German internal discussions,” the official said.
In addition, the German minister said that she sees “significant progress” in Ukraine’s fulfillment of the requirements for joining the EU, but “the problem of corruption remains.”
In conclusion, she added that Germany is increasing the volume of humanitarian aid and this year it amounts to 380 million euros.
Let us remind you that on September 5 Germany announced new supplies of military aid to the Ukrainian Defense Forces. The new package included ammunition, vehicles and tractors.
