As Novinarnya reports, he stated this in an evening video message on Monday, September 11.
Conducted several important meetings today. I would like to note, first of all, the meeting with the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Umerov, First Deputy Minister Pavlyuk and Deputy Prime Minister Fedorov on the provision of our soldiers and the transparency of this provision. The specific needs of our combat brigades – they must be provided as quickly as possible, and for this, all accounting must be digitalized,” the president said.
He convinces that there should be significantly less paperwork in the troops, and “there should definitely be no difference between what is presented in the reports here in the center and what the guys at the ground really need.”
The Ministry of Defense is now restarting the accounting system, the Ministry of Digitalization is helping,” Zelensky noted.
