The US president is facing growing bipartisan pressure in Congress to move long-range missiles to Ukraine.

According to him, the decision to provide ATACMS missiles to Kyiv may be made in the near future.
The US president is facing growing bipartisan pressure in Congress to move long-range missiles to Ukraine.
The ATACMS’ advantage over the British Storm Shadow and French Scalp missiles already in Kiev’s arsenal is that they can be launched from HIMARS launchers rather than from aging Ukrainian Soviet-era fighters.
As is known, Kyiv has long been asking the United States for ATACMS missiles, which would allow Ukraine to attack deeper into Russia’s rear.
Let’s recall that earlier the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba discussed with the United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken the possibility of providing ATACMS with long-range missiles.
Biden previously said that he is still considering whether to transfer ATACMS missiles to Ukraine.
Kuleba, in a conversation with Blinken, called for ATACMS to be transferred to Ukraine
