It is noted that according to these plans, until 2030 there will be a so-called transition period, during which it will be possible to neglect compliance with environmental standards – no one will measure the level of harmful substances in the air, soil and water.
The occupiers are not paying attention to the problem of the growing incidence rate, notes the OVA.
