I thank the port workers and everyone who ensures the safe functioning of the corridor.
We call on allies…

Zelensky thanked the port workers and everyone who ensures the safe functioning of the corridor.
Recall that Russia unilaterally withdrew on the Black Sea “grain initiative” on July 17, and after that it repeatedly attacked the port grain infrastructure. The last ship with Ukrainian food left the port of Odessa on July 16.
Despite Muscovy’s resistance, Ukraine declared temporary corridors in the Black Sea for merchant ships sailing to and from Ukrainian ports. Bulk carrier Primus flying the flag of Liberia became the second ship to use the temporary route from the port of Odessa.
On September 3, Russia hit the grain ports of the Izmail district of Odessa region with drones.
