Ukrainian troops continue to advance in the Tauride direction. This was announced by the commander of the operational-strategic grouping of troops Tavria Brigadier General Alexander Tarnavsky in Telegram on Tuesday, August 29.
“We have progress in the direction of Taurida. We are pushing the enemy back,” he wrote.
According to the commander, in the past 24 hours alone, our artillery units have completed 1,200 fire missions in the direction of Taurida. Over the past day, the loss of the enemy amounted to 327 people (killed – 91, wounded – 235, captured – 1).
The enemy also lost 34 units of military equipment: four tanks, eight armored combat vehicles, three artillery systems and mortars, one MLRS, 16 vehicles and two units of special equipment.
Two ammunition depots and three enemy command posts were also destroyed.
Recall that this morning the General Staff reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine succeeded in the direction of Novodanilovka-Verbove. They consolidated the achieved lines and inflicted artillery fire damage on identified Russian targets, and also took counter-battery measures.
Earlier it was reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine released Robotino in the Zaporozhye region and continue. In the direction of Bakhmut, another 1 sq. km of territory.
