While monitoring social networks, the Poltava police discovered several videos in which a local man verbally insults and humiliates the Ukrainian military, who were performing their duties in the regional center, the report says.
On this fact, law enforcement officers opened criminal proceedings on the grounds of part 2 of article 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code.

On August 26, Zavoloka spat at the war veteran and called him a “moron” for his decision to volunteer for the war. He published all his videos on his own channel.
