China has continued military activity around the island. 13 aircraft entered Taiwan’s “response” zone.

On August 25, 13 Chinese fighters and 5 warships entered Taiwan’s air defense zone. This was reported by Reuters.

China has continued military activity around the island, according to Taiwan’s Defense Ministry. They found 22 Chinese aircraft, including fighters, bombers and drones. 13 of them entered the “response” zone of the island nation.

Taiwan sent its planes and ships to watch.

China has reportedly not announced any drills currently in the area.

It was previously reported that China is building a new runway for military aircraft on the disputed Triton Island in the South China Sea, which is claimed by Vietnam and Taiwan.

Recall, the media wrote that the United States approved the sale of a new arms package to Taiwan for $500 million.
