The head of state visited Sweden, the Netherlands, Denmark and Greece, visited the Ukraine-Balkans summit, where he met with the leadership of Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Moldova and the President of the European Commission. Zelensky announced the results of his trips on August 22 in his traditional evening address to Ukrainians.

An important agreement was also reached with Greece. Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis announced his country’s readiness to take patronage over the restoration of Odessa.
Recall, on August 12, it became known that Greece became the 14th country that supported security guarantees for Ukraine – it joined the G7 declaration.
