Wildlife photographer Joshua Pedley saw a huge thresher shark jump out of the water off the coast of Wales on August 18. He caught this moment on camera, The Sun wrote.
The shark jumped a few meters from his boat. It has a length of 5 to 6 meters.
“This shark has a tail almost as long as its entire body. The shark jumped out of the water three times and it was really a wonderful experience watching this marine life. This is the first time I have seen a fox shark inside 5 years,” Pedley said.
As you know, fox sharks are an endangered species. They are included in the Red List of the International Union for Conservation of Nature, which lists endangered species of living creatures on Earth. Interestingly, such sharks feed on fish and squid, using their tail as a whip to stun their prey.
It will be remembered that earlier there was a video of how fifty sharks attacked a whale.
