The number of victims of the Russian missile attack on Chernihiv has increased again – up to 117 people. This was announced by the city’s acting mayor, Alexander Lomako, on Telegram on Saturday, August 19.
“At 15:25, 117 people were injured from the terrorist attack in the center of Chernihiv, seven of them died,” he wrote.
Later, Lomako added: “In connection with the terrorist attack of the Russian Federation in Chernihiv, August 19-21 have been declared days of mourning.”
Earlier it was reported that seven were dead and 90 were injured. The attack took place at a local drama theater, where an exhibition of drones was held Wild birds.
