The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has updated information on the situation at the front. During August 18, 36 clashes took place between the defenders of Ukraine and the occupying army of Russia.

Aviation of the Defense Forces yesterday inflicted 10 strikes on the areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment of Russia. Also managed to get into the anti-aircraft missile system of the enemy.
Over the past 24 hours, missile and artillery units have hit two areas where enemy personnel, weapons and military equipment are concentrated, four artillery weapons in firing positions, two command posts and two enemy electronic warfare stations, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine summed up.
In addition, from February 24, 2022 to August 19, 2023, Ukrainian soldiers liquidated about 257,000 invaders of Russia, 500 people in the last day.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the defenders managed to destroy:
