In the Khmelnytsky region, police detained a military TCC, which had established a scheme for issuing fictitious certificates of unfitness for service. The attacker collaborated with the doctors of the military medical commission, who made a decision on the suitability of men for service. The person involved proposed to negotiate a positive decision of the VLK on the exclusion of potential conscripts from the lists of the military commissariat for health reasons. This was announced on August 14 by the Department of Strategic Investigations of the National Police.
In addition, the military man provided his “clients” with a certificate of unfitness for further service in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. For the entire package of services, the attacker asked for from 4 thousand 500 dollars. – approximately almost 170 thousand UAH.
The representative of the TCC was detained on August 11 while receiving a bribe. 4,500 dollars were confiscated from him, which the evader gave him. The detainee was charged with abuse of influence. The court arrested him with the right to deposit almost UAH 215,000. pledge. The defendant was also removed from office. The attacker faces three to eight years in prison with confiscation of property.
Recall that since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the State Bureau of Investigation has been investigating 112 proceedings against officials of territorial recruitment and social support centers. And 15 indictments have already been sent to the court.
