Larissa Manoela talks, for the first time, about her relationship with her parents

Larissa Manoela spoke, for the first time, about the relationship with his parents. In an interview with Fantástico, the actress broke the silence and told details of her decision to lead her career and the assets she accumulated throughout her career.

The singer said that there was a break with her parents from the moment she chose to be in charge of decisions, but that she is ready to start over.

At the age of 22, the artist said that the disagreements with Silvana It is gilberttheir parents, did not start this year.

“[Começaram as divergências] from the moment I turned 18 and I understood that it was the minimum to know a little about my business, what I was providing for all these years”, said.

Larissa confessed that the weather was very difficult:“It was unbearable for me to hear so many lies. So much misrepresentation. So much distortion of stories.”.

The actress made it clear that conflicts with parents have nothing to do with André Luiz Frambachyour fiance.

“Today he is my choice. He is my life partner, my fiancé. We want to build that future. But this whole situation happened before he came into my life”reinforced.

The artist, who started her career as a model when she was still a baby, said that, even after coming of age, she didn’t know how much she earned, what her assets were and, therefore, decided to question her parents and be more incisive.

“I just wanted to understand the business. How was the financial issue, which was never presented to me? That I didn’t know what I received, what I was being paid”he said.

Larissa showed a conversation, recorded at the end of last year, between her and her mother in which Silvana complained about the charges. “You want to call me a mercenary, you can. But what I won’t give up a dime is taking care of your money. The rest, you can do what you want”said the mother in the audio.

The actress said she received an allowance. “Any type of payment, whether it was an airline ticket, the purchase of something more superfluous, I had to ask for authorization”she said.

To exemplify what she was saying, the singer showed a conversation with her mother from October 2022. In the exchange of messages, Larissa asked for R$ 10 to pay for a corn on the beach. The mother claimed that she had no account balance and made a pix directly to the seller.

The actress also showed an audio in which she asked her father for money. “Dad, can you make a transfer to my account so I can pay for corn, ice cream, mate here on the beach, please?”, she said in the voicemail.

It was then that Larissa decided to take the lead in decisions and sought help from a law firm and asked the accountant to look at all the social contracts of the three companies in which she was a partner.

The first of them, Dalari, was opened by Larissa’s parents when she was 13, in 2014, to manage the star’s career, which included contracts and payments. This is the company that owns most of the equity acquired throughout Larissa’s career.

In a recording, made by Larissa at the end of 2022, the mother and father stated that the three had equal shares, of 33%, in the company. In fact, it turned out that this was not the case: the actress had 2% in the company and the parents 98%.

The second company was opened when Larissa was 19 years old, in June 2020. This one belonged only to Larissa, but there was a clause in which it stated that the parents had full powers to make decisions without the authorization of the actress.

“I was the only partner, but they were 100% administrators of this company. So, that’s why I was only communicated. They could decide, sign and commit for me”, she said.

The third is a holding company divided into three equal parts, founded in May 2022, to gather all the equity that was in the first company, but that never happened, according to the actress.

Larissa showed another audio from her mother, which showed the relationship being weakened. “Because I’m going to be very honest with you, Larissa. I never wanted anything from you. Nothing. I’ll tell you something. For you, I’ll only be the title of mother. When I say mother to you, you’ll only have the title from a mother. And that’s it. License”, Silvana said.

In March of this year, the actress met with her parents in the presence of lawyers to try to redistribute the companies in society. Gilberto and Silvana agreed to a fifty-fifty split, but would have to earn 6% of Larissa’s income for the next 10 years, according to her.

Without an agreement, there was a breakup. “And I even said this to my father. I said: ‘I’d rather lose the manager than lose my father’. I always tried to make this conversation, this subject, unfold in a simple way” , she said.

Larissa said that she took her parents out of the management of her individual company and began to renegotiate the contracts linked to Dalari, the company in which she had only 2%, for her sole firm, in this way, all the funds for her career will be in her hands.

The actress decided to leave her assets, valued at R$ 18 million, to her parents. So far, they have not yet signed the dissolution of the partnerships in the two companies and the star had to notify them extrajudicially.

“My decision to give up all my business is because I am absolutely sure that my path will bring me great achievements. I am only 22 years old. I am fully aware that this choice of mine is for give the necessary comfort to my parents”he said.

About the relationship with her parents, Larissa said that this is the most difficult moment of her life. “This moment I find myself in today is the most difficult of my life. Knowing that this wound is healing. And that my parents will never stop being my parents. I will never stop loving them”vented.

In a note, Larissa’s parents denied what she said. Gilberto and Silvana Elias dos Santos said that the actress knew how much her percentage was in the companies since she signed a contractual amendment in January 2020 in which she informed the percentage of 2%.

According to her parents’ lawyer, the actress is not telling the truth when she says that she did not have access to her money on a daily basis, because she always used her credit cards and could buy whatever she wanted.

They also stated that Larissa distorted reality when she said that she had difficulties in negotiating with her parents to leave the company, since Gilberto and Silvana received formal notifications only in August, so, according to them, they are within a deadline for legal measures.

The lawyer also stated that it is the actress who refuses to talk to her mother and no longer responds to her father’s messages.

Finally, the note says that Larissa’s parents are very sad about the whole story and that they regret the choice of the actress, in addition, they point out ingratitude, indifference and disrespect, but that they love their daughter unconditionally.
