The formal leader of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, has said that his country will continue to take Ukrainian children from the Donbass. Belta reported this on August 11.
Lukashenka said he “planned and plans” to engage in the “recovery” of Ukrainian children from the Donbass in Belarus.
“And the fact that the Westerners are trying to violate, almost bring to criminal responsibility, is ridiculous. We agreed with Putin that we will finance these trips from the budget of the Union, “said the President of Belarus .
In June, the Belarusian Red Cross reported that there were more than 700 children from Ukraine in the country.
