This was announced by the head of the Kharkov regional military administration Oleg Sinegubov.

Earlier, the Kharkiv region police informed that 16 people were injured, including seven children. The injured were transported to a medical facility.
According to the police, the high-rise building was damaged and the cars caught fire.
On the facts of violation of the laws and customs of war, investigators opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Recall that at about 13.35 on July 4, the Russians fired a high-explosive projectile at the city of Pervomaisky.
