In the current academic year in the Netherlands, Ukrainian refugee students paid the same amount as Dutch students – 2,209 euros.

“On average, students from outside the EU pay between 10,000 and 15,000 euros per year to study in the Netherlands,” the report’s authors point out.

They also suggest that some Ukrainians should refuse to study in the Netherlands.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine allowed medical students to take the unified state qualification exam outside of Ukraine during martial law.
