According to the decree, orphans and children left without parental care, as well as incompetent persons who are citizens of Ukraine, can obtain citizenship of the Russian Federation in a simplified manner.
By the way, according to the latest data, the Russian occupiers brought approximately 210,000 Ukrainian children into their territory.
It will be recalled, as Ombudsman Lyudmila Denisova said, Russia has already deported 1.4 million Ukrainians on its territory.
