The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court chose a measure of restraint for another deputy chairman of the Ternopil Regional Military Administration, Hayduk – detention for two months with an alternative to bail in the amount of more than UAH 800,000. The same preventive measure was chosen for the Chairman of the Ternopil Regional Council Glavka and the Deputy Chairman of the Ternopil OVA Demyanchuk.

On June 28, an investigator judge of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court applied a measure of restraint to the third participant, the deputy chairman of the Ternopil Regional Military Administration (OVA). He was chosen to be held in custody with the alternative of making a bail in the amount of UAH 805,200. The period of validity of the measure of restraint is 60 days, the VAKS said in a statement.
Let us remind you that the head of the Ternopil Regional Council and two deputy heads of the regional council are suspected of receiving unlawful benefits. According to the investigation, they demanded about 2.4 million hryvnia from the entrepreneur for signing acts of completed work on the construction and repair of infrastructure facilities.
