The borders of the Sumy region on Sunday, June 25, were fired 16 times by Russian troops. As a result of the shooting, houses were damaged and a civilian was injured, the Sumy District Police Department reported.
It was noted that the communities of Miropolskaya, Krasnopolskaya, Yunakovskaya, Shalyginskaya and Novoslobodskaya came under mortar and artillery attack.
As a result of one of the mortar attacks in the Belopolskaya community, a barn was damaged and windows were broken in one of the households. The enemy also opened fire on the community from an easel anti-tank grenade launcher.
In the community of Miropol, as a result of one of the shootings, a civilian was injured. Two houses, a garage, a summer kitchen and a car were damaged.
The aggressor fired artillery into the community of Shalygin, and destroyed civilian houses.
In the community of Krasnopol, shelling caused dry grass to catch fire.
Earlier it was reported that Kherson was raided, there were casualties. In one of the tall buildings, a shell exploded right in the middle of the room.
Also last night, the Russians shelled the city of Nikopol, as well as several other settlements in the Dnipropetrovsk region. One person was injured, there was damage to houses and other infrastructure.
