The Ukrainian Defense Forces have regrouped in recent days and are again conducting large-scale offensive operations in three main directions in the south and east of Ukraine. The defenders use the experience of the first two weeks of the counteroffensive to improve the tactics of storming the deep and well-prepared Russian defenses. This is stated in a new report from the UK Department of Defense.

The British note that the Ukrainian military is making gradual but steady tactical progress in key areas.
It is noted that in the Luhansk region, the Armed Forces of Ukraine made significant efforts to advance in the Serebryansky forest near Kremennaya. Their actions likely reflect continued orders from Russia’s top leadership to go on the offensive at every opportunity.
Scouts emphasize that the aggressor country Russia in this region has achieved little success, but the Defense Forces prevented a breakthrough of the Russian troops.
Recall, on June 24, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Anna Malyar reported that military units of the Eastern Group of Forces launched an offensive in several directions at the same time – in the direction of Orekhovo-Vasilovka, Bakhmut, Bogdanovka, Yagodnoye, Klishchievka and Kurdyumovka.
