Beijing called Joe Biden’s words a violation of diplomatic protocol and an attack on China’s political dignity.
China has protested US President Joe Biden’s recent remarks about Chinese President Xi Jinping. This was said at a briefing by Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Mao Ning, NDTV reported on Wednesday, June 21.
“The corresponding statements by the American side are extremely absurd and irresponsible, they contradict the facts, violate diplomatic protocol and are an attack on China’s political dignity. China is definitely not satisfied with this and is definitely against it ,” said Mao Ning.
It will be remembered that on the eve of the American leader Xi Jinping was called a dictator because of the spy balloon situation.
As you know, on February 4, the US military shot down a Chinese reconnaissance balloon. The discovery of the wolf sparked a diplomatic crisis that resulted in US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken canceling a trip to China.
But this week, Blinken visited China, and Biden said the US and China are on the right track.
