Part of the money should be spent on demining Ukrainian territory, combating the elements, energy projects, as well as financing UN and Red Cross activities.
The UK will allocate £16m ($20.5m) to Ukraine to boost cyber defences.
The Federal Government of Austria will allocate an additional 18 million euros to help Ukrainians affected by the Russian invasion.
