The aggressor country, the Russian Federation, has once again started spreading lies about the so-called Ukrainian dirty bomb.

The corresponding statement was made by the head of the foreign intelligence service of the Russian Federation Sergey Naryshkin. If Russia and its representatives are talking about a “dirty bomb”, then this may be a real threat of its use by Russian troops. This was announced on June 20 at the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
The accusations of the Russian Federation against someone else regarding violations of international humanitarian law, the creation of “dirty bombs”, the use of prohibited methods and means of warfare are insignificant, the defense department noted.
The Defense Ministry recalled that the Russian authorities made similar statements in the fall of 2022, when the army of the aggressor country was defeated in the Kherson region. And now the invaders thus want to divert attention from the defeats of their army at the front and create distrust of the Western allies in Ukraine.
The Ukrainian defense ministry assured that it is evaluating all scenarios and associated risks and, together with other departments and military administrations, is taking measures to counter the Russian threat.
Recall that on June 20, US President Joe Biden announced a real threat that Russia would use tactical nuclear weapons on behalf of war criminal Vladimir Putin. Earlier, the American leader called “completely irresponsible” Russia’s plans to move its nuclear weapons to Belarus.
