Nearly 90,000 people were infected with “fever” in North Korea in one day

It was also reported that 106,390 people were recovered in the DPRK on Saturday – 12,230 less than on Friday.

In all, during the “fever” epidemic, considered by foreign experts, in fact, a coronavirus infection, 3,448,880 people were already infected in North Korea, 3,262,700 of them were cured and 69 died. The fight against infection remains at the center of attention of the party and state leadership of the DPRK.

On May 29, topical issues of preventing the spread of infection were considered at a meeting of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the Workers ’Party of Korea chaired by North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.
