“All the nations of the world deserve to live freely, without the imposition of the will of other people by military or political means. But no one can consider their borders protected and the people’s security is guaranteed while Russia tries to make aggression and theft by foreigners. lands a global norm,” the president said.
Zelensky noted that the cessation of Russian terrorism and the withdrawal of all Russian troops from the territory of Ukraine is what can stop the war. According to him, Ukraine and the world do not need either frozen conflicts or raging wars, but peace is needed.
“It is about the way to achieve a real and just peace, without any blackmail and deception by Russia, that we discussed today with a delegation of heads of state and high representatives of African countries,” said the president.
The delegation includes: President of the Union of Comoros Azali Assumani, President of the Republic of South Africa Cyril Ramaphosa, President of Senegal Maki Sall, President of Zambia Hakainde Hichilema, Prime Minister of Egypt Mustafa Madbouli; Special Representative of the President of the Congo, Florent Ntsiba; and Special Representative of the President of Uganda, Ruhakana Rugunda.
