Putin said that “NATO is getting involved in the war in Ukraine” because it continues to help Ukraine with military equipment, and is now “considering the option of providing aircraft.”
Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has said Russia could strike air bases outside Ukraine if F-16 fighter jets are based there to be used in the war. He said this today in St. Petersburg International Forum.
According to Putin, “NATO, of course, is drawn into the war in Ukraine,” because it continues to help Ukraine with military equipment, and now “the option of providing aircraft is being considered.”
He said that “several tanks were destroyed, including the Leopard.”
Putin said that “the F-16s will also fire in the same way.”
Remember that Putin in St. Petersburg Economic Forum assured that he can “destroy any building in the center of Kyiv without nuclear weapons,” but he does not do it “for several reasons.”
It was previously reported that in the forum in St. Petersburg on the day of Putin’s speech, the Internet will be shut down to prevent possible drone attacks.
