The Spanish Ministry of Defense announced the shipment to Ukraine of 20 armored personnel carriers, a field hospital and four Leopard 2A4 tanks that are being repaired. This was reported in the press service of the department.
It was learned that two dozen armored personnel carriers will arrive from Spain to Poland on June 19. This batch will be added to the 40 armored personnel carriers already delivered to Ukraine.
The Spanish Ministry of Defense announced that four Leopard 2A4 tanks under repair will also be transferred to the Ukrainian side.
In addition, the transfer of the Role 2 plus field hospital is expected. Before it is delivered to Ukraine, the military of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will undergo training in Spain.
Such a hospital can support a team with emergency surgery and basic stabilization, laboratory and pharmaceutical services, housed in 12 containers.
