Today, the aircraft of the Defense Forces delivered 12 strikes on areas where the occupiers are concentrated. And the units of the missile forces and artillery of the Armed Forces of Ukraine hit 11 enemy manpower concentration areas during the day. Three Russian electronic warfare stations and one anti-aircraft missile system were also destroyed. This is stated in the evening summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
At the front on Wednesday, 39 clashes with the enemy took place in the Limansky, Bakhmutsky, Avdeevsky and Marinsky directions. Unsuccessfully, the Russians tried to advance in the Limansky direction in the area of Vesely, and in the Bakhmutsky direction, the enemy’s attacks were stopped in the areas of Yagodnoye and Berkhovka. Also, the assault of the Russians was stopped in the direction of Avdiivka. In addition, all the attacks of the invaders were repelled in the area of Maryinka.
The General Staff emphasizes that the enemy continues to defend in the Zaporozhye and Kherson directions.
Recall that on June 13, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhny stated that heavy defensive and offensive battles continue in the east and south of Ukraine. The Ukrainian military have some successes, they are implementing their plans and moving forward.
