In 2022, 8,500 dollar millionaires left Russia. And in 2023, the outflow is projected at the level of 3 thousand dollar millionaires. According to the rating, China occupies the first place in terms of emigration of millionaires, because last year 10,800 wealthy citizens left this country. The outflow of dollar millionaires this year may amount to 13,500 rich people. For China, such an outflow is critical as the growth of the Chinese economy slows down.
India ranks second in terms of emigration of millionaires – last year 7,500 millionaires left it, and this year it is projected at the level of 6,500 people.
Australia, the United Arab Emirates and Singapore remain the most attractive for millionaires.
