The German Chancellor wants to once again call on the head of the ruling regime of the aggressor country to withdraw its troops from Ukraine.
German Chancellor Olaf Scholz plans to speak on the phone with the head of Russia’s ruling regime, Vladimir Putin, in the near future. This is what the head of the German government said at the congress of the German Protestant Church in Nuremberg, the British media Sky News reported on Saturday, June 10.
Scholz noted that he had previously spoken with Putin. However, the chancellor “plans to do it again soon.”
According to him, during the negotiations, he intends to once again call on the head of the ruling regime of the aggressor country to withdraw its troops from the territory of Ukraine.
It can be recalled that President Volodymyr Zelensky discussed with Olaf Scholz the increase in the possibility of Ukrainian air defense and the strengthening of sanctions against the Russian economy.
