Now Ukraine’s attention is focused on all areas where action is needed and where the Russian enemy can be defeated. The commanders of operational areas, the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, representatives of the Main Intelligence Directorate, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Strategic Industry, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported. Zelensky stated this in a traditional evening video message.
According to him, during the meeting, the leadership of the state and law enforcement agencies discussed in detail the supply and distribution of ammunition, the strengthening of Ukrainian artillery and air defense.
Zelensky noted that attention was focused on all areas where the actions of the Defense Forces are needed and where the enemy can suffer certain defeats.
Our defense actions, active actions, our achievements are at the forefront,” the head of state stressed.
Recall, the command of the defense forces reported that on June 8, Ukrainian troops advanced 1.2 km in some areas in the Bakhmut area. The Armed Forces of Ukraine have been storming the positions of the Russians for several days now, and the regular Russian units entering Bakhmut instead of the Wagner PKK fighters do not know the area well and are not well coordinated. This plays into the hands of the defenders.
