On June 9, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky held a regular meeting of the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief. The main topic is the situation at the front. The head of state spoke about this in his video message.
“Hold Headquarters. The situation on the front line is the main focus. Reports – the commanders of operational areas, the Commander-in-Chief, the Main Intelligence Directorate, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Strategic Industry, the Ministry of Internal Affairs,” the president said.
According to Zelensky, the meeting discussed the supply and distribution of ammunition, the strengthening of Ukrainian artillery and air defense.
“Attention is focused on all the areas where our actions are needed and where the enemy can suffer some defeats. Our defensive actions, active actions, our victories are on the front line, ” emphasized Zelensky.
It will be remembered that on Thursday, June 8, the Western media announced the beginning of Ukraine’s counter-offensive.
The day before, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Oleksiy Danilov, said that the Ukrainian army has not yet launched a real counter-offensive to liberate the territories temporarily occupied by Russia.
