The occupiers arranged for the regional center when the Ukrainian authorities and rescuers evacuated people from the flooded areas. Enemy shells fell on the territory of Ship Square. This was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Telegram.
Kherson. Eight adults were injured as a result of the shelling. There were no deaths, the injured are receiving medical assistance, the department stressed.
Subsequently, the head of the Kherson regional military administration, Alexander Prokudin, reported on Telegram that nine people were injured. Among the wounded there are rescuers, a policeman, a doctor and a volunteer from Germany.
Meanwhile, the State Emergency Service clarified that under today’s shelling of Kherson, two employees were injured, and not one. The diver-sapper and the driver-sapper from the Nikolaev area suffered.
It also became known that the Chief Rabbi of Ukraine Moshe Azman came under fire. According to him, he helped evacuate residents of settlements whose houses were flooded due to the Russians blowing up the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station.
