This was reported in the Telegram channel of the Kherson police department.
And the water level continues to rise every hour.
Earlier today, on the air of the national telethon, the head of the Golopristan city military administration, Svetlana Linnik, said that the city could be flooded almost completely by the end of the day.
The peak of flooding is expected by the end of these days. Then we hope that the water will stabilize and go down a little the next day. Almost the entire Naked Pier will be under water, she stressed.
According to Linnik, up to 6,000 people remained in Hola Pristan during the occupation.
She noted that the occupiers began to carry out the evacuation only today, so the local residents had to organize themselves and evacuate on their own if they had the appropriate watercraft.
