The situation at the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) could get out of control at any moment, so city authorities are advising residents of Energodar, which is adjacent to the nuclear power plant, to leave the city. This was stated in the statement of the first deputy mayor of Energodar Ivan Samoydyuk in a comment on the draft. Radio Liberty News of the Sea of Azov.
“Nothing changes throughout the years of occupation, which they (the Russian military, – ed.) Is there. On the subject of whether or not the threat of an accident? Of course, there is no overt threat, but the way the station operates, due to the fact that there are depots of equipment, ammunition – on the territory of the station, it is clear that the situation can get out of control and become critical at any time, “- he explained.
The official advised to evacuate Energodar and the territory not far from the city as much as possible.
The official added that those with transportation should keep it full of fuel in all emergency suitcases, documents, valuables and safety equipment.
“Because if the situation gets out of control, we can count on them (the Russian occupiers, – ed.) will be obliged and forced to provide a “corridor” for the population to leave such territory,” added Samoydyuk.
As we have already written, GUR reported that the Russian invaders are preparing large-scale provocations to create a source of radiation danger at the Zaporizhzhya NPP.
Recall that the mayor of Energodar spoke about the “evacuation” of Russia. The Russians obtained documents from Energodar that could confirm their crimes. Shops and pharmacies do not work in the city, there is no cash in ATMs.
